Tenants
A Tenant in facilioo represents a property management organization — such as a housing association, real estate company, or property administrator. Tenants serve as a top-level container to organize properties into logical projects.
Tenants enable:
- Separation of projects within the same organization (e.g., by region, building phase, or client).
- Custom access control, allowing internal employees and external partners (e.g., construction firms) to access only specific parts of the portfolio.
Operational Data
Users, processes, and other operational data are not owned by the Tenant directly, but rather tied to Units, Entries and Properties. The Tenant primarily governs organizational structure and access rules.
