Master Data

Static core data synchronized from ERP systems, forming the foundation for all operations.

The Master Data section describes the static core of the system. It includes the physical structure of properties, the people, and organizations involved, and the relationships between them. This data forms the foundation for everything that happens in the system — from communication to document exchange to workflows.

In most cases, master data is not meant to be managed entirely within facilioo. It typically comes — at least in part — from connected ERP systems and is synchronized automatically. While some adjustments can be made manually, the goal is to treat this data as relatively stable and system-driven.

The master data domain is divided into the following areas:

  • Properties, Entrances, and Units – the physical structure, down to the level of individual flats or commercial spaces.
  • Organizational Context – how property management companies structure their portfolios using tenants, and manage access and collaboration.
  • Parties and Accounts – the legal entities involved (e.g., property managers, users, contractors) and their system access.
    • Unit Contracts – the relationships between users and units, such as tenants or owners.

This layer provides the static context in which all operational features — such as news, documents, processes, or inquiries — take place.
