Conferences are digitally managed meetings held for property owners, where matters are discussed related to the properties they own, make decisions, and keep all owners updated. These meetings can be carried out in two forms: digitally or in presence (known as hybrid meetings).
The platform handles all tasks associated with these meetings, from invitations to execution to automatic recording. It aims to save property owners time and money by managing these processes efficiently.
Conferences are created in Facilioo (https://app.facilioo.de/conferences.html(conferences-outlet:conferences) ) and are hosted in the Conference platform website (http://versammlung.facilioo.de/). This is where property managers and owners can connect, conduct meetings in hybrid mode (allowing owners to participate online or offline), and cast votes on resolutions. After the meeting concludes, the votes are uploaded to Facilioo, where they are visualized, and the conference Protocol can be generated and downloaded.
The Conference object contains essential information for describing and locating the meeting. Typically, each Conference encompasses multiple Topics, and each Topic can comprise one or multiple Resolutions. For straightforward resolutions, owners have three voting options: Accept, Reject, or Abstain. In the case of option resolutions, Resolution Options are linked to the primary Resolution. In such instances, owners can vote for either a Resolution Option or Abstain.
