List Mail Placeholders

Returns the legacy email placeholder catalog for a notification type, including editor tokens, descriptions, example replacements, and dependency metadata. This endpoint does not resolve live placeholder values for a specific inquiry or email. When notificationTypeId is omitted, the Gen1 global placeholders are returned.
