A unit (formerly flat, German: Einheit) is part of an entrance. Units can be apartments, commercial units, garages etc. The relation between a unit and a Party (e. g. resident, owner...) is described in a Unit Contract.
Access and Visibility
| Role | Description |

| Property Manager | Property managers can see and access a unit if it is assigned to an entrance which is assigned to a property which is assigned to a tenant which they have access to. |
| End User (Owner, Tenant, etc.) | End Users can see and access a unit if they have a contract (Valid Contract) for that unit. |
