Notices are one-way announcements from property management companies to users. They are used for delivering information quickly and reliably — such as maintenance updates, event notifications, or general communications.
Each notice is created by a property management company and typically targets one or more Properties, or even an entire Tenant. Targeting can be refined based on Unit Contract types (e.g., only owners or tenants), ensuring that only relevant users receive the message.
Notices can include attachments (e.g. PDFs, images, instructions) to provide additional context or documentation.
Notices are non-interactive and do not support replies — they are designed for clear, broadcast-style communication.
