Dynamic, real-time information driving activities and communication.
Operational Data in facilioo represents the dynamic, day-to-day information flowing through property management processes. Unlike Master Data, which is mostly static and foundational, Operational Data reflects active communication, requests, workflows, and updates involving properties, units, parties, and users.
Key components include:
- Inquiries
User-created requests or reports related to specific units, directed to property managers for processing and resolution. - Processes
Complex workflows tied to properties and units, involving multiple parties such as users and contractors, with granular access to process messages (process feeds) and notifications. - Notices
One-way communications from property management companies to users, typically bound to properties or tenants and targeted by unit contract roles. - Documents
Structured metadata shells around files linked to the property ecosystem, organized in nested document groups, and permissioned for specific users or parties. - Conferences
Manage property owner meetings digitally, including invitations, hybrid participation, voting on resolutions, and automated protocol generation. - There is actually more already (go check out the endpoints directly) which will be documented here soon as well …
Read Status and Notifications
Read status is a core concept permeating many operational entities in facilioo. It tracks if and when users have viewed or acknowledged communications or documents, providing transparency and accountability.
This feature is integrated into inquiries, processes (including their message feeds), notices, and documents. By centralizing read status and notifications, facilioo helps ensure important information is noticed and acted upon by the right stakeholders.
