A unitcontract (formerly flatcompany, German: Vertrag) connects a Party to a Unit and describes their relation type (Unit Contract Type).
Access and Visibility
| Role | Description |

| Property Manager | Property managers can see and access a unit if it is assigned to a unit which is assigned to an entrance which is assigned to a property which is assigned to a tenant which they have access to. |
| End User (Owner, Tenant, etc.) | End Users can see and access a unitcontract contract if they have a Valid Contract for a unit. |
