Properties

Properties (formerly object, German: Objekt) represent either a single building or a group of buildings. Which buildings are associated within one Property is based on the declaration of division during construction of the Property. Common reasons to group buildings are joint gardens, underground car parks or parking lots. Each building has to have an entrance, therefore, having an address associated with them. It is possible that a single building can have multiple entrances, as well.

Example of a property which does have a single building with multiple entrances

Access and Visibility

Role	Description
Property Manager	Property managers can see and access a property if it is assigned to a tenant which they have access to.
End User (Owner, Tenant, etc.)	End Users can see and access a property if they have a contract (Valid Contract) for a unit within an entrance within that property.
