A tenant (formerly project, German: Mandant (Projekt)) groups one or multiple properties.
The access of property managers can be limited based on their access to tenants. In addition, tenants can be shared with other parties, such as construction companies.
Access and Visibility

| Property Manager (Admin) | Not yet supported using the new API. Please use the facilioo web platform. |
| Property Manager | Property managers can see and access a tenant if they have access configured. This feature can't be set using the new API as of right now. Please use the facilioo web platform. |
| End User (Owner, Tenant, etc.) | This resource is not available for end users. |
