Inquiries (formerly inbox, German: Anfrage im digitalen Eingang) represent messages from end users (owners, tenants, ...) and other Parties to a property management company.
An Inquiry has a specific Inquiry Category and is created from a specific Inquiry Source.
Inquiries can be the basis for a Process.
Access and Visibility

| Property Manager | Property managers can see and access an inquiry if they are specified as the receiver of the inquiry. |
| End User (Owner, Tenant, etc.) | End Users can see and access an inquiry if they are the creator of the inquiry. |
