Getting Blocked because many Connection error

As i am trying to use V2 of the API, i had made some couple API Calls which were not well formatted ..etc . Eventhough they were not that much i got blocked. The error message indicates i got blocked because of many connection error.
That is disturbing actually because we have many endpoints and each endpoint should be called multiple times to collect all needed pages.
