Hello everyone,
In the 1st (Gen 1) version of the Facilioo API we use the endpoint:
"/inbox/add". (https://openapi.facilioo.de/#/Inbox/inbox-%3Eadd) This is where processes/tickets are generated in Facilioo.

Which endpoint can we use to do this in the 2nd (Gen 2) version?
Unfortunately, I can't see which of the many endpoints should do this exactly.
